returns & exchanges

While creating our own way, we admire the catwalk. We are always the ones in charge. Now, not later, is what we need.

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Pierced jewellery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
  • Underwear and swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been removed.
  • Beauty products and accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Shoes must be tried on indoors on the carpet.
  • Items must have all tags attached.
  • We do not pay for returns and you must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any purchases’ delivery fees.

We will, at our discretion, charge a 15% restocking fee for items returned unless the items are faulty or incorrectly sent

During business hours, you are invited to drop by and see us. Before you come, kindly call to schedule an appointment.

Once your return is in transit back to us, we cannot resend any of the items to you.

We will issue a full refund including shipping for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items as long as we are notified within 7 days of delivery to you. Please contact us beforehand.

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return any things that aren’t right if you’re a UK or ROI customer. Please return unsuitable items for all foreign customers within 28 days after receiving your packages. Returning unwanted things in their original packaging is appreciated.

We regret if you have a faulty product. Please use one of the options listed on our returns page to contact our Customer Services with a picture of the faulty item and your order number so that we can resolve this.

Unfortunately, we are unable to handle exchanges at this time. You can place a new order to get the item of your choosing after returning your old one to us. Please follow the instructions in “HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?” to return an item.

We make every effort to ship out orders within 5 working days. When your order has been shipped, we’ll let you know. You should receive your order by 6 p.m. the day after it is shipped because we offer our products to UK consumers via next-day delivery. On the day after shipping, kindly refrain from calling and tracking down orders!

Refunds will be rejected for any items arriving back with obvious signs of wear, wash, alterations, or missing tags
